Tracinski nicht länger verbunden mit dem ARI
Die Meldung, dass der Publizist Robert Tracinski (Herausgeber des Intellectual Acitivist) sich vom Ayn Rand Institute getrennt hat -oder umgekehrt, dass ARI von ihm- wird auch auf dem Blog Rule of Reason kommentiert. Interessant hier der Kommentar von Fred Weiss, der Tracinski vorwirft, durch seine jüngste Artikelserie ("What Went Right") eine totale Zurückweisung des Objektivismus auszudrücken:

It is not just a quibble about "the philosophy of history".

Folks, if philosophy is not *the primary and most fundamental* determinant of history then we are all wasting our time trying to get Objectivism more widely accepted - and Ayn Rand was profoundly mistaken in the importance she placed on philosophy. Atlas Shrugged would have to be re-written from the ground up.
